Sara Fiori

Sara Fiori worked as CNR-IOM Postdoc from July 2021 to July 2023. Her postdoctoral activity was focused on the growth and characterization of thin films on metal substrates. She is interested in the electronic and magnetic properties of thin films with particular interest in 2D materials, epitaxial films on magnetic substrates and magnetic layers grown on graphene. Her work was aimed to synthesize and investigate new heterostructures suitable for novel nanotechnologies in the field of spintronics and spin-based devices.
