Mohammed Mahabul Islam

Mohammed Mahabul Islam worked within NFFA-Trieste as CNR-IOM Post-doc from February 2021 to February 2022. Mohammed Mahabul Islam has been working on the investigations of hetero-structure materials (oxide thin-films) grown using PLD systems at nanoscale by HRTEM, HAADF, STEM and SEM. He uses energy-dispersive X-ray (EDXS) technique to determine the elemental composition and the inter-diffusion of elements at interface of hetero-structure materials. He also has experience in ab-initio based DFT calculations.
