50 Norwegian university students visiting CNR-IOM and Elettra
On March 18, fifty students from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology in Trondheim, Norway, visited CNR-IOM and Elettra Sincrotrone Trieste as part of a three-day visit to some of the entities that make up the Science and Innovation System of Friuli Venezia Giulia (SiS Fvg).
The Trondheim-based University of Science and Technology has over 43 thousand students, 398 study programs and is the largest in Norway. The demand for this study visit reveals the attractiveness of the regional science system, with 10 partners opening their doors to academics from Northern Europe. These, in fact, before graduating can decide to spend a period of study and research in Italy, thanks to dedicated funds.
Our researchers opened the doors of their laboratories, illustrating the potential of the institute's instrumentation.
